Uniform
As a school we are always seeking to improve. Over the last two terms we have been focussing on attendance and have seen big improvements in this area – we are very grateful for your support.
We are noticing that some children are not wearing correct school uniform and this is something that we would like to address, with your support.
A reminder of our uniform is below:
Girls |
Boys |
Winter Navy pinafore skirt or trousers White or blue shirt or polo top Navy cardigan or jumper Navy tights or white socks Red & blue tie (optional) Dark coloured shoes A suitable coat
Summer Blue & white checked summer dress Sandals or shoes (covered toes) Hat

Summer Trousers as above or black / grey shorts Hat

Shirts and jumpers do not have to be purchased through our suppliers or have the school logo on them. However, they should be plain navy blue with a ‘V’ or round neck and not hooded.
Children need to have a pair of trainers or PE pumps in school every day for our morning physical activity. There is time afterwards for them to change into their school shoes so they should not need to wear their trainers all day.
PE Kit Arrangements
PE falls on the following days and children should have their kit in school for these sessions:
Children in Reception have PE on a Tuesday.
Children in Y1 and Y2 have PE on a Wednesday.
Children in Y3, 4, 5 and Y6 have PE on a Monday.
Clubs – If children bring their kit home after a club, please help us by making sure that this is brought back into school in time for their next club or lesson.
We try to get outside as much as possible for both PE lessons and clubs so children should have some jogging bottoms and a jumper in their PE bags so that they are prepared for cold weather.
We have noticed that some children are not changing their shirts for PE but keeping their school polo shirt on and just changing their trousers. Please support us in encouraging good sports practice for the future by making sure that they have a full PE kit to change into.
Thank you as always for your support.
