FeetFirst Dance Festival Arrangements

Feet First Dance Festival - Tuesday 3rd March

Children should come to school as normal in the morning. We have a mini bus collecting us as 9.15 to take us to Cheltenham Town Hall. The minibus will pick us up and bring us back to Ashchurch in time for 3.15.

Children do not need to wear uniform. We are asking that they wear a bright coloured T shirt, black jogging bottoms or leggings and trainers. Those children who have ordered a FeetFirst T Shirt can pick this up from the Town Hall when we arrive and can use one of the changing areas.

They will need a mid-morning snack, a packed lunch and a drink. There will be about an hour to wait between our rehearsal and the show starting so they are welcome to bring something to do (a book, colouring, travel game) if they wish.

For parents coming to watch, doors will open at 12:30 for ticket collection, merchandise and refreshments. The performance itself will start at 13:15. Parents are asked to stay until the end (it will finish by 3pm latest) so that those groups performing near the end still have a good-sized audience to perform to.

Remember that Mr Gibson is willing to supervise any siblings back at school until parents are able to get back and collect them - just let the office know if you need this to happen.
