Bag2School & Non Uniform Day

A date for your diary if you're having a clear out over half term...

We are having a Bag2School collection on Friday 18th June.

Bags are not being provided this time - any bin liner or bag you have at home is fine.

Unfortunately we are unable to store bags brought in ahead of the 18th. They need to be brought in and dropped at either gate on the morning of the 18th and they will be collected later that day.  Please see the attached poster for what can and can’t be collected.

This is a great way for the PTFA to raise funds, please do support us if you can.

Non-Uniform Day – Friday 28th May

Kier, the construction company working on our new classroom block, support various charities each year through the Kier Foundation.  They are currently involved in a walking challenge called ‘Move Through May’ which aims to raise money for their charity partner End Youth Homelessness.

We are very grateful for the jobs they have helped us with so far, such as repairing the tarpaulin over the forest school area and creating the planters at the front of the school.  As a bit of a thank-you, we’d like to do our little bit to support their charity work.

On Friday 28th May, the last day of this term, children can come to school in non-uniform.  Site manager Martyn and some of his team will join each class bubble throughout the day to complete a few laps of the field and get their step count up for ‘Move Through May’.  If you can, please send your child in with a £1 donation which we will collect at registration and then pass on to the Kier Foundation.

Thank you very much for your support.
