Cheltenham School Sports Network Triathlon 2018
Entry is now open for the School Sports Network Triathlon which will be held on Sunday 1st of July.
This is an informal event organised in conjunction with local clubs to promote triathlon in the area, the distances are shorter than normal triathlons but still long enough to present a challenge for your children.
The event will be held in the grounds of Tewkesbury School and the competitors will set off, 1 at a time, compete 2 lengths of the pool before climbing out, quickly putting on t-shirt and trainers before heading onto the field to pick up their bike from a designated 'transition' area for the bike leg.
After finishing the bike leg they will return their bike to transition before starting the run section all the way to the finish where they will collect their medals.
